Custom Hair Replacement Systems: As our custom hair replacement systems are individually designed and tailored to your specific needs, we do not offer returns or refunds on completed custom orders. We take meticulous care to ensure that the system meets your requirements and preferences during the design and fitting process. However, if there are any concerns or adjustments needed after the initial fitting, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your hair replacement system, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Ready-to-Wear Hairpieces: If you have purchased a ready-to-wear hairpiece from our salon, we accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that the hairpiece is in its original condition, with no signs of wear or alteration. Please keep in mind that for hygiene reasons, the hairpiece must be unaltered, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products: In the event that you receive a defective or damaged hair replacement product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item. We will gladly exchange the product for a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the availability of the specific item. Please provide photographic evidence of the defect or damage when contacting us.

Refunds and Exchanges: Exchanges are processed on a case-by-case basis and subject to the condition and eligibility of the returned item. We do not provide refunds.
